Dutystops Heating & Air is a referral service for homeowners in Aurora and the Aurora area. We connect people who have heating or cooling problems with independent local HVAC providers. That is the whole job.

Finding the right provider is hard when the house is freezing or the air is thick and hot. People rush. They pick the first name they see. Then they find out too late that they should have asked a few questions.
We built this service to slow that moment down, just a little. Protect the house first. Ask, then decide.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what is going on. It might be a unit that will not cool, a furnace that will not start, or an old system you are thinking of replacing. We then point you to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of work.
Availability depends on the provider. Many providers can respond quickly, but we do not promise a time.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before major work
- Respect your home and your questions
- Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
You should still confirm these things yourself. Ask to see them.
What We Do Not Do
We do not repair, install or replace anything. We do not visit your home. We do not set prices, and we do not decide what your home needs. The independent provider you choose does the work and answers for it.
We also do not handle insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay Dutystops Heating & Air to use this service. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a call or request leads to a job. Your quote comes from the provider, and you are under no obligation to accept it.
